The Victorian Public Sector Commission's predecessor was the Office of Public Employment (OPE). OPE produced a range of publications, reports and papers that are still relevant. It should be noted that some publications were produced in reference to the previous Public Sector Management and Employment Act 1998 and should be read accordingly.
