Register of Lobbyists
The Premier has announced the Victorian Government Professional Lobbyist Code of Conduct (PDFPDF 43KB).

Effective on and from 1 December 2009, a Lobbyist wishing to have contact with a Government Representative for the purposes of lobbying activities must be registered on a Register of Lobbyists. The Register will be established and maintained by the Public Sector Standards Commissioner and accessible on the State Services Authority website.
